On this day, the Lord blessed our lives more than we could have ever imagined. The most beautiful baby I'd ever laid eyes upon was placed into my arms at 9:14pm after 14 hours of labor. It was, without a doubt, the best day of my life, thus far. This child has changed everything about my life. From the tiniest details to the biggest. The most important thing he's changed is love. He's changed the way I view life, the way I view love. I have never loved my husband more now, as a father, than I ever have loved him. The love that was created in my heart for the tiniest of people was the most powerful feeling I have ever felt. The way I love my parents has forever changed, because it shines a light on how they feel for me. It is so true when they that you'll never understand your parents' love for you until you have your own. I understand.
